1. What forms of payment do you accept?
· Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal. For orders by mail: cashier’s check
or money order.
2. If I don’t want to place an order through the Internet, do you accept fax or mail orders?
· We do accept ordering through the mail and forms sent via email.
· If you want to place your order via mail or email, please fill out the mail
order form provided.
· Be sure all the information on the order form is accurate and complete.
· If you have a problem, contact us at

· Add the necessary shipping charges to your total purchase and applicable
tax for your state and county.
· When paying by money order or cashier’s check, please note that it will
take time to process the checks thus creating a bit of time to send out
your order because shipment will not take place until your payment has
cleared the bank.
3. What is your Return/ Exchange policy?
· We accept returns Only for damaged items provided they are in unused
condition, returned in the original packaging with the tags attached.
4. Where do I send my item for Return/ Exchange?
· Contact us via email at customerservice@tailwaggintravelers.com within 5
working days so you may obtain an Return Authorization Number and
the proper information for returning your item.
5. What is your standard method of shipping?
· See the Shipping Information page. We use UPS as a rule but also lighter
weight items go by USPS. We prefer UPS for the tracking numbers as
USPS does not use them.
6. How long will it take to get my order?
· Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving and/or processing
the order. Of course, Holidays could be the exception, though we try very
hard to maintain shipping within that period, it could be 3-4 days before
ship Backorders are a possibility on certain items, and we will contact
you as soon as we learn that information. We try very hard to keep up
with inventory and revisions in the website, but once in a while an item
may be overlooked, or during a rush season or holiday it takes a little
longer to get all the data in.
7. If I want my item(s) in a hurry, what can you do?
· Overnight / next day air is available. Just email a request with your order
and we will contact you with shipping pricing and information. Leave your
phone number so we can call if you wish, and definitely your email
address.
8. What are your shipping charges?
· Shipping goes through UPS and is charged by weight to the nearest
pound. It is automatically calculated in your pricing depending on your
address information. When possible, we use USPS if it is a cheaper
shipping price.
9. How do I know what size I need for clothes?
· Measure your dog from the base of the neck to the fanny (tail beginning).
